Key Responsibilities

Execute multi-channel CRM campaigns and manage audience segmentation for targeted communications

Lead CRM initiatives across the customer journey to ensure a seamless experience and drive retention

Analyze customer data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance and support business objectives

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in CRM platforms and marketing automation tools

In-depth understanding of customer lifecycle management and CRM marketing best practices

Proficiency in HTML for email template formatting and editing

Ability to use SQL for querying and analyzing customer data

Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns
