Warehouse Associate

This is a contract position with an opportunity to be hired full-time.

Integrity Trade Services  is partnering with a trusted supplier of quality construction and building materials throughout the Austin area. We pride ourselves on reliable service, a strong safety culture, and a team-oriented work environment. We are currently looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team.

Job Location : Austin TX 78721

Shift : 3rd  Shift M-F 9 AM - 6 : 00 PM

Pay Rate :  $18.00 / hr

Dress code :   Steel Toed boots

Job Description :

As a Warehouse Associate , you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including loading / unloading materials, inventory handling, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. This is a physically active position in a fast-paced environment, ideal for individuals who are dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.

Key Responsibilities :

Load and unload trucks with building materials and supplies

Pick and prepare materials for delivery or customer pickup

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if needed)

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts

Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times

Follow company safety protocols and procedures

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous warehouse or material handling experience is a plus

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions

Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to become certified)

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety

Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
