Duties & Responsibilities :
Able to perform proper diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair and replacement of parts on customers and Fleet vehiclesAbility to transcribe and explain the complaint, cause and correction of internal and external customer vehicles on the back of every Repair Order (RO).Hydraulic experience and Aerial lift maintenance a plusHeavy Duty experience requiredDiesel engine repair experience requiredEnsure all proper documentation and printouts are with every repair orderEnsure all media is captured on every RO (video, pictures, and multipoint inspections)Correct and accurate multi-point inspections on every ROReturning customers vehicles in same condition or cleaner than it was receivedBring issues to Service Manager of any issues with customer vehiclesEnsure the repair was properly performed with proper test drive and out mileage included on repair ordersAbility to communicate effectively with Service Advisor and all departmentsConducts oneself professionally with employees and customersProper company provided work attire to be always wornKeep up with needed training as provided by Ford Motor Company as required for current positionResponsible to keep work area cleanedMeet with Manager / Shop Foreman to be made aware of the work schedule and current tasksKnows how to use the necessary tools and equipment.Adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins.Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, governing service repair work.Other duties as assigned.Job Qualifications :
