Job Description

PCI is seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator for its PCI Portland 553 Interior operations based in downtown Portland, OR . This is a high volume, detail-oriented position that includes the following duties :

• Monthly preparation of customer billing packages.
• Accurately entering billing information into our internal accounting software.
• Matching information from ERP to customer billing forms.
• Preparing additional documentation as needed including vendor waivers, bill of sales, insurance etc.
• Working with project managers and customers to work through requested revisions and changes as needed.
• Monthly collection attempts on all past due AR balances
• Sending and monitoring pre-lien notifications to customers and owners.
• Auditing Job setups to ensure accuracy.
• Backup on shared responsibilities such as answering phones
• Backup on other departments as needed for PTO coverage
