Summary :

This role requires a tech-savvy individual keen on optimizing business requirements, technical specifications, schedules, and workflows, aiming to streamline distribution operations seamlessly. The candidate will be pivotal in liaising between post-production teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring the smooth delivery of services, while also focusing on enhancing customer relations and service quality. With responsibilities spanning project management, client services, and operational efficiency, the ideal candidate will lead initiatives to identify and implement workflow improvements and ensure the accurate billing of services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery priorities, balancing immediate needs with strategic resource management.
• Foster and manage relationships with clients and partners, ensuring smooth deliveries and high-quality customer service.
• Assist in vendor management, setting up third-party vendors for success and overseeing performance metrics.
• Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders regarding mastering schedules, work progress, and impact of changing schedules.
• Identify and execute opportunities for process improvements, workflow efficiency, and innovative solutions in distribution operations.
