- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Answer and manage inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy.
- Perform data entry tasks with a high level of attention to detail and precision.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling receptionist duties.
- Organize and maintain office files and records for easy access and retrieval.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating calendars.
- Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence as required.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed.
- Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to professionally handle inbound calls and receptionist duties.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with scheduling and calendar management tools is a plus.
