Job descriptionStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and tasks. Commitment to safety and quality standards. Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check. Compliance with all company policies and procedures. Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, and climbing. Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment. Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights. Starting Pay $19.30 per hour DOE 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions Highly competitive benefits programs, including : Health Saving Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA). What You'll Be Doing
- Operate and maintain equipment and machinery.

- Assist with loading and unloading materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
- Support various operational tasks as needed.
