If you enjoy the rhythm of a busy warehouse and operating a forklift, this role puts you at the center of shipping, receiving, and inventory flow—all while delivering exemplary service to internal and external customers.

What you’ll do

• Unload inbound trucks and unpack materials.
• Match shipments to the bill of lading and packing list; partner with Purchasing and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Inspect incoming goods and apply damage identification when needed.
• Record receipts on the correct purchase orders and distribute documentation to appropriate personnel.
• Post material receipts in the ERP system within 24 hours.
• Pull parts from storage and stage materials.
• Verify the accuracy of outbound shipments.
• Package outbound shipments to ensure they arrive undamaged.
• Maintain proper filing and archiving of documents.
• Operate a forklift to move goods around the facility as required.
• Follow warehouse processes, keep work areas clean, and abide by all Flowserve safety requirements.
• Communicate clearly and speak the "language of logistics."
• Other duties as assigned.
