Location : Amarillo, TX

Schedule : Full-time with Overtime

Pay : $20-$25

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Site Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day operations on our construction site. In this role, you’ll ensure materials, equipment, and personnel move efficiently and safely to keep the project on track.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate Materials : Manage deliveries, storage, and inventory of construction materials. Work closely with suppliers to ensure materials arrive on time.
• Manage Equipment : Oversee equipment deliveries, maintenance, and utilization. Schedule repairs and inspections as needed.
• Plan Site Logistics : Design and maintain an efficient site layout for storage areas, loading zones, and material flow.
• Facilitate Communication : Serve as the point of contact between suppliers, subcontractors, and on-site teams to resolve logistical challenges quickly.
• Ensure Safety : Enforce safety protocols and compliance with OSHA standards. Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain Documentation : Track and record deliveries, equipment use, and inventory. Prepare reports for project management.
• Collaborate : Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and other team members to meet project schedules and goals.
