McCormick & Company, Incorporated , a global leader in flavor, is seeking a Safety, Health and Environemt Tech - 2nd & 3rd shift reporting to a SAFETY HEALTH & ENVIRONMENTAL MGR LEAD This individual will work at theFlavor Manufacturing Center located in Hunt Valley, MD.

Pay Range : $26.78 - $40.18

Responsibilities

• Technical resource, ensuring safe practices, injury / illness prevention processes, risk management by conducting risk assessments, and job safety analyses on plant equipment.
• Facilitate compliance with Federal and State regulatory requirements, application of McCormick Health and Safety policies and procedures, establishment of best practices for the plant / facility.
• Develop and direct the SHE Pillar and Safety Functional Leader program in a manner that ensures Injury / Incident review boards, leading action plans, training, and root cause analysis are conducted appropriately.
• Analyze incident data to identify trends in injuries, illnesses, accidents, or other hazards.
• Review and create job aids, one-point lessons and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct relevant training depending on site specific needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
