Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be responsible for providing supervision and training to behavior technicians. Day-to-day tasks also include data collection and analysis, parent education, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans. The BCBA will work with clients to address challenging behaviors, teach new skills, and improve their overall quality of life.
Qualifications
Skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis
Experience in Behavior Management and Parent Education
Knowledge of Psychology
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
Experience with diverse populations and age groups is a plus
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
