Sand And Gravel Plant Manager

Lead daily operations of the sand and gravel plant to ensure safe and efficient production.
Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
Train and guide plant personnel to meet quality and safety standards.
Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and meet production goals.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide a team.
Solid understanding of aggregate plant operations and equipment.
Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Must meet all legal requirements to work in the United States.
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks such as climbing, bending, and standing for extended periods.
Must be able to work in varying outdoor conditions, including exposure to dust and uneven terrain.
Frequent walking, standing, and operating heavy equipment or machinery as needed.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in designated areas.
Visual and auditory ability to identify and respond to potential hazards in the work environment.
$27.00 per hour
