American Traveler is seeking a travel Clinic Physical Therapist for a travel job in Minocqua, Wisconsin.

Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of outpatient and inpatient experience to work 40 hours per week in Wisconsin.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position involves a combination of outpatient and inpatient physical therapy care
  • Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm, with a required 30-minute lunch break
  • 40 hours per week expected, typically 30 hours outpatient and 10 hours inpatient
  • Floating is required between Woodruff and Minocqua locations as needed
  • Shift includes every third weekend with 4 hours on Saturday, subject to change
  • Role includes floating within the hospital and between specified clinic locations
  • Modules and orientation are completed on site, with up to 8 hours billable for module time
  • First-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Travelers cannot live within a 60-mile radius of the facility and local candidates will not be considered
  • If previously employed, travelers must have taken a one-year break after 52 weeks of service to be eligible
  • Holiday request off is limited to one holiday if multiple holidays occur during the contract
  • COVID vaccine is not required for this assignment

  • Active Wisconsin PT license required or pending license accepted if applicable
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in both outpatient and inpatient physical therapy
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy required
  • Current BLS certification required (AHA certification must be completed before start)
  • Submission of resume, transcript or diploma, and minimum 3 references (2 peers, 1 department chair with names and email addresses) within 1 week of signing
  • Required to complete labs and DS appointment within 48 hours of signing
