We're hiring a Trane Warehouse Associate in Columbus, OH to help our warehouse team operate at its best. You'll work during the day (1st shift, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays) to ensure we are meeting our customers' needs. What you will do :

Be the reliable primary contact for warehouse movement and for customer and local transportation provider interactions

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately

Stock and organize product inventory for smooth warehouse operations

Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift; maintain work equipment

Maintain office and warehouse supplies required for effective operation

Flexibility to work overtime / weekends and on-call shifts, as required

Education / Experience :

HS Diploma or equivalent required

Previous Warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience such as a forklift

Compensation :

Base Pay Range : $21 / hr and up

Total compensation for this role will include a commission / incentive plan. Disclaimer : This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
