Description :

Provides direct and individualized nursing care to patients.

Assesses patient condition and develops individualized care plans.

Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.

Collaborates with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Educates patients and their families about health conditions and care plans.

Maintains accurate and detailed patient records.

Monitors patient progress and responds to changes in condition.

Utilizes appropriate interventions based on patient needs.

Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and case reviews.

Demonstrates effective communication skills with patients and healthcare staff.
