Job descriptionHigh school diploma or GED Previous customer service or rental experience is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to crouch, lift up to 25 lbs, and remain on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working in a moderately noisy and occasionally chilly environment Must be at least 14 years of age A passion for skiing or snowboarding is a bonus! Complimentary Gunstock season pass for yourself OR one friend / family member. Discounted and / or complimentary lift tickets for most ski resorts throughout NH, ME & VT. Complimentary group ski / snowboard lessons & equipment rentals at Gunstock. Complimentary access to the Tubing Park, Nordic and Snowshoe trails. 40% discount on food at all resort venues (excluding alcohol). 25% discount at Gunstock Ski & Sport retail shop.

Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and love being part of the winter sports scene? Join our team as a Rental Shop Associate and help guests gear up for their mountain adventures! In this hands-on role, you’ll assist guests with fitting and issuing ski and snowboard equipment, while providing friendly, knowledgeable service that makes their day on the slopes smooth and memorable. Mid-week availability is a MUST.
What You’ll Do :
- Fit and issue rental ski and snowboard boots, poles, helmets, and snowboards
- Explain rental agreements clearly and professionally
- Keep the rental area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Provide resort information to guests and help resolve guest concerns in an efficient and hospitable manner
- Maintain a safe work environment and conduct equipment checks
