We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented leader to oversee and elevate our Adult Clinical Services. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the well-being, personal growth, and community integration of our consumers by providing exceptional support, compliance oversight, and strategic direction.

What You'll Do :

• Lead and supervise the Operations Manager, Service Coordinators, and Supported Employment Supervisor to ensure individualized plans are effectively developed and implemented.
• Guide the daily operations of Adult Clinical Services including planning, scheduling, coordination, and compliance.
• Maintain full compliance with AEDD Policies, DDS Standards, Medicaid, OSHA, EEOC, Dept. of Labor, and other regulatory bodies.
• Conduct internal checks to ensure daily documentation and consumer files are compliant and up-to-date.
• Oversee monthly billing and ensure accuracy and timeliness of submissions.
• Ensure that Consumer Files meet with Compliance by reviewing regularly.
• Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training process for new staff members.
• Provide support and counseling to consumers and address behavioral concerns as needed.
• Drive recruitment and retention efforts for consumers to sustain the program's vitality.
• Host and oversee professional tours of the facility to promote program awareness.
• Facilitate and lead weekly departmental meetings to ensure team alignment and progress.
• Provide strategic oversight and guidance for adult developmental programs and supported employment services, ensuring individuals are successfully integrated into the community through person-centered planning and vocational support.
