This facility is seeking a Optometry Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm.
• Practice Setting : Outpatient clinic.
• Types of Cases : Routine Eye Exams, Contact Lens Fittings, Eye Urgencies and Emergencies.
• Credentialing Timeframe : 45-60 days.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Health Connect (Kaiser Permanente’s version of EPIC).
• Certifications Required : Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Card and Board Certification is required.
• Licensure Required : Active California License is required.
