Data Center Technician – Ellendale, ND (Must Be Willing to Relocate)

Data Center Technician Job Responsibilities :

• Ensure availability and reliability of data center operations
• Diagnose and repair hardware and network issues
• Perform root cause analysis on hardware / software failures
• Train internal teams and develop technical documentation
• Provide hands-on technical support to data center teams
• Develop scripts for server and network hardware updates
• Maintain inventory and manage equipment installations
• Conduct maintenance on test and tooling equipment
• Travel occasionally to other data center locations
