Client Project Manager (Implementations)
Pay Status and Classification : Exempt, Regular Full-time
Supervisor Title : Client Implementation Manager
Work Location : Remote in New York or Texas. If in New York and local to company headquarters, there are days the Client Project Manager is expected to be in the office for company meetings.
Position Purpose : As a member of the Implementation team in the Client Services Department, the Client Project Manager oversees and manages client projects from inception to completion. This role involves project management and data mapping to ensure accurate and efficient data integration and transformation throughout the project lifecycle.
The Client Project Manager handles technical tasks such as data mapping, aligning client data with system requirements, and ensuring seamless data flow between systems. They manage projects with a task-oriented approach, providing dedicated and exceptional customer service throughout the project lifecycle.
The Client Project Manager works independently but also collaborates with the Sales and Support teams to provide status updates on open projects. They promote an atmosphere that encourages collaboration, optimism, and dedication.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Project Planning and Execution : Creates detailed project plans to achieve client objectives, outlining specific goals, milestones, and deadlines. Evaluates the overall status of assigned projects, identify risks or obstacles, and escalate significant concerns promptly. Develops and implements mitigation strategies to address potential issues and escalate project concerns to the manager as needed.
- Project Operations : Manages the coordination of software installation between clients and internal installation teams. Facilitates both online and onsite training sessions between Transfinder’s Training team and clients. Provides hands-on software support and data analysis during the implementation period, including troubleshooting when necessary .
- Project Resource (Budget / Personnel) Allocation and Adherence : Manages and maintains thorough, precise documentation of all project activities, including tracking time spent on client and department-related tasks in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Internal and External Stakeholder Communications : Engages with clients to ensure projects remain aligned with the established goals in the project plan, making adjustments as needed. Continuously seeks feedback from clients and advocate for their needs and improvements to internal stakeholders.

3+ years of experience in a related position, such as Software Implementation / Support, Project Management, or Application Analysis.Proven track record of defining, executing, monitoring, and completing projects.Demonstrated experience with web-based applications is preferred.Project management certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or equivalent are highly desirable.Travel Requirements :
Ability to travel to client sites and conferences as needed.A valid driver’s license is required.Physical Requirements :
Prolonged periods of sitting / standing at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Annual Salary Range : $70,000.00-$100,000.00
