Payne Brownsville Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a Service Advisor for our Brownsville location. The Service Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle service needs providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
• Must be 21 years or older
• Must have a valid drivers license for at least 3 consecutive years
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in an automotive service environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in computer systems and software
• Responsibilities :
• Greet customers and assist them with determining their service needs
• Schedule service appointments and communicate with customers throughout the process
• Advise customers on necessary services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer recommendations
• Provide estimates for services and obtain customer approval
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
• Maintain customer records and service history accurately in the system
• Stay updated on product knowledge manufacturer updates and service procedures
• Additional Requirements :
• Valid drivers license (at least 3 consecutive years) and clean driving record
• Willingness to participate in training and development opportunities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
