Join our team as a Sales Advisor at H&M Outlet in San Clemente. As a frontline team member, you will provide excellent customer service, drive sales, and help create a welcoming and engaging store experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by welcoming guests and guiding them through the store and omni-experience.
• Engage customers in conversations about fashion trends, stories, and products.
• Effectively promote and sell H&M products, including the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent H&M positively during all customer interactions.
• Support commercial and operational actions to meet sales targets with the store management team.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, competitors, and relevant influencers.
• Share service, fashion, and operational knowledge with colleagues.
• Follow procedures, routines, and legal requirements across all store areas.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and relevant courses for role development.
• Manage the full garment cycle : unpack, refill, steam, and maintain garment care.
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas according to best practice.
• Maintain a clean and tidy sales floor, back-of-house, and stockrooms.
• Support garment presentation, execute merchandise displays, and follow visual and commercial guidelines.
• Replenish stock levels on the sales floor.
• Use in-store OMNI services and technology tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).
• Support opening and closing of the store.
• Adhere to H&S guidelines and legal requirements related to the role.

Compensation

Hourly, Non-Exempt : $17.00 per hour (competitive for the role and location).
