Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist :

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with physical impairments or disabilities

Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility and function

Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to enhance recovery and prevent injury

Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other rehab professionals to deliver optimal care

Requirements :

Active Virginia Physical Therapist license

Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist

Current BLS certification

Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
