Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in litigation proceedings, including trials and hearings.
• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients with opposing parties.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of personal injury laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
