JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for managing designated program relationships that are complex in design including components such as scholarships, internships, and senior mentorships. The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for interacting with donors, students, and departmental staff to manage existing programs and relationships, and create new programs. Assignments may be based on the geographical area in which the program is administered and / or the type of degree for which the support is awarded (i.e. Communications, Engineering, Science / Math, Social Sciences).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES :
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
May supervise 2-3 staff members in accordance with the organization's policies, performance guidelines and applicable laws.
QUALIFICATIONS :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university. Masters degree preferred and at least 3-5 years’ experience in Program Administration. Familiarity with higher education and the administrative and student campus culture at Historical Black Colleges / Universities (HBCUs) preferred. Understanding of the college admissions, financial aid and / or scholarship funding process also preferred.

Salary Range : $76,700.00 per year. This is a hybrid role : 4 days on-site and 1-day remote per week, located in UNCF’s Washington DC Headquarters building.
