Job descriptionUtilize AWS software to manage and analyze large datasets, ensuring data integrity and security. Work with key stakeholders to strategize and automate data collection, processing, and analysis abilities. Lead data tagging initiatives to enhance data categorization and retrieval processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide actionable insights. Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data trends and performance metrics. Conduct thorough data analysis to support business strategies and decision-making. Escalate data quality concerns and needs appropriately and timely. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data analysis processes. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of related work experience Proven experience with AWS software and services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Lambda). Strong understanding of data tagging techniques and best practices. Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL). Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of data governance and integrity. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Master's degree in a related field or 7+ years of analytical experience. Experience with machine learning and AI technologies. Hands-on experience in developing and deploying bots for data-related tasks.
BI / Data Analyst (Data Tagging / Bot)
Location : Malvern, PA or Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite) - need to be onsite day one
Duration : 6-12 months
Bot experience (either analytics on bot data and / or being part of the development / elevation of a bot) is a must-have.
- This candidate will be responsible for data tagging to track different tabs within the bot flow. Bots could be everything from AI to IVR.
- They use custom tags within the Kore platform, so no specific tool to do the tagging itself.
- They use Figma boards to outline everything (would be good to have but doesn't sound required).
- Strong SQL is required.
- AWS Athena is used more on the testing side of things but it sounds like AWS experience isn't going to be a deal breaker.
- No Tableau here.
- Any GenAI experience would be great to have.
