Hospice Memory Bear Team

Faith Presbyterian Hospice is dedicated to making each moment matter for the people we serve. The needs of those we serve go beyond medical care alone. Faith Presbyterian Hospice relies on the talents and dedication of volunteers to provide and enhance our unique programs and services. Our Memory Bear Team sews teddy bears and pillows for our families who are grieving a loss. The family provides clothing from their loved one to be used as the fabric. The Memory Bear Volunteers work from their own home.
