Background check, US Citizenship, secret clearance, and CAC are requirements for this position.

1. Provide direct CASREP, material expediting, and Logistic Support Center Program support assistance to afloat Supply Officers.

2. Monitor and report the ordering, shipment, and receipt of high priority material from all Commander Surface Fleet Atlantic (CNSL) ships, to include the daily review and discussion of SURFLANT NORS Requisitions as required to align and support ships operational schedules, modernization installations, and port workload capacities.

3. Liaise with US Navy Ship's Supply Officer and supply departments, as well as counterparts at Fleet Forces, other Navy TYCOM's, Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), NAVSUP WSS, Priority Material Office (PMO), Port Engineers (PE) and Maintenance Teams (MT), CNSL Type Desk Officers, support contractors, and other CNSL staff codes in matters pertaining to material readiness.

4. Maintain awareness and understanding of 2Kilos, MILSTRIP, and Casualty Reports (CASREP) and how they affect ship performance and future risk to mission accomplishment. Review and recommend corrections to ship's MILSTRIPs and supply data portion of Casualty Reports (CASREP) as needed and be able to verbalize how they affect timely delivery and future risk to mission accomplishment.

5. Update and track pertinent ship's NORS requisitions within the N4S access database MS SharePoint and excel spreadsheets with information gathered from Navy databases such as MFOM, PMO, OneTouch, FedMall, Logi-Quest, Open Architecture Reporting System (OARs), eCASREP, as well as information gathered from Item Managers and DLA Surface Forces Support.

6. Daily monitoring of all active NORS requisitions within websites such as FedMall, OneTouch, PMO Fleet Status Report, and familiarity with R-Supply and N-ERP procedures and how they relate to the tracking and monitoring of all CNSL high priority requisition.

7. Provide Logistics Management Support to CNSL N4S C5I and HM&E subject matter experts on pertinent logistics research, as well as assisting in updating databases and spreadsheets.

8. Attend pre-deployment teleconferences simultaneously for CNSL Ships (AMPHIB LOG and CRUDES LOG) and provide logistics data for the specific ships being discussed.

9. Liaise with Immediate Superior-in-Charge (ISIC) and Carrier Strike Group (CSG) staff for material readiness requirements and priorities for deployed and CONUS ships. Maintain awareness of ship's schedules and make recommendations to CNSL / CNSP, DLA, and NAVSUP of requisition prioritization in the event of outstanding requisitions with competing priorities.

10. The contractor shall meet or exceed the following measurables : Punctuality, reliability, and consistent quality in regards ROC-M operating principles review CASREP maintenance concerns and any active ship cannibalization concerns, Website access requirements must include via NIPR One Touch, FedMall, NAVSUP, Microsoft SharePoint. Occasionally, research via SIPR MFOM(S), Qlik, Jupiter, or eCASREP databases for all CNSL ships and weekly Pre deploying ships teleconferences to the waterfront.

11. For the routine telecons mentioned earlier, specifically the logistic telecons for CRUDES, AMPHIB, FDNF, other ship classes, and INSURV preparation, which will be held at the CNSL facility, the contractor will track and document the outcomes. Specifically, each requisition status for each ship briefed, building the logistic common operating picture. All these reports will be provided following the meetings for review and feedback for process improvement.

Education / Certification Requirements :

Five (5) years experience withing last two (2) years applying comprehensive knowledge of Intermediate / Depot Maintenance Activities and Regional Maintenance center procedures for repair, alteration planning and execution of surface ship maintenance and modernization.

Five (5) years experience withing last two (2) years applying knowledge of the interrelated programs / processes required for the maintenance of surface ships from introduction into the fleet through their useful life, to serve as an advisor for current readiness, life cycle management, corrective maintenance, availability planning and execution and related matters relative to AMPHIB, CRUDES and other class Ships.

Must have or be able to obtain a secret clearance.
