A company is looking for a Call Center Operations Trainer (11 : 30AM - 8 : 00PM ET).
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to front-line, day-to-day work as assigned by leads and supervisors
Provide training on department tasks to new hires, cross trainees, and existing team members
Coordinate cross training through communication and scheduling with designated trainees
Required Qualifications
Must be 18+ years of age with a high school diploma / GED
Certified with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) and maintain a current certificate
Must have an active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of residence and obtain the New Jersey Pharmacy Technician license within 6 months of hire
Flexibility to adapt schedule as needed, including evenings or weekends
Ability to perform in an office-based (or remote) setting that requires sitting at a desk 90% of the time
