Responsibilities

• Participate in the full project lifecycle, from requirements-gathering to production support.
• Configure client-specific functionality to meet unique agency requirements using development tools.
• Create and modify SQL queries to efficiently retrieve data from relational databases.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills while delivering information at both high and technical levels.
• Identify and investigate complex issues to develop solutions and respond to changing project requirements.
