Position Overview

The Superintendent provides on-site leadership for all phases of construction, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily field operations and subcontractor coordination

Enforce safety programs and perform jobsite inspections

Review plans, resolve conflicts, and communicate field conditions

Maintain accurate daily logs, manpower reports, and as-built documentation

Qualifications

7+ years of commercial construction supervision

Strong technical understanding of sitework, structure, and finishes

OSHA 30 certification preferred
