Supportive Work Environment : Work alongside a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, and a pharmacist, in a collaborative setting. You'll benefit from Cerner, the electronic medical records system used at the facility.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct comprehensive consultations and physical examinations for adult patients with a variety of hematologic and oncologic conditions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and the healthcare team.
• Manage and monitor treatment side effects and adjust plans as needed.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to guide treatment decisions.
• Provide ongoing patient education and support to empower patients in their fight against cancer.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, pharmacists, and referring physicians, to ensure seamless patient care.
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently within the Cerner electronic medical records system.

Qualifications for Success :

Current board certification in Hematology / Oncology (BC / BE) is mandatory.
