Position Title : Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic Practice
Location : Phoenix, Arizona
Schedule : Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday
Setting : Onsite | Single Clinic Location | No Travel
Employment Type : Direct Hire | Full-Time
Compensation : $85,000 – $100,000 annually + Performance Bonus Potential

Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create customized treatment plansDeliver hands-on interventions such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercisesSupervise PTAs to ensure consistent, high-quality patient careMaintain an average of 13 patient visits per dayProvide patient and family education on therapy goals and home exercise programsMonitor patient progress and make necessary treatment adjustmentsComplete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR systemCollaborate with referring providers and participate in team meetingsMaintain compliance with Arizona PT licensure and continuing education requirementsQualifications
Required :
Active Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtainStrong clinical reasoning, organizational, and time management abilitiesAbility to independently manage a structured caseloadExcellent communication and teamwork skillsPreferred :
