Job description

Position Title : Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic Practice

Location : Phoenix, Arizona

Schedule : Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday

Setting : Onsite | Single Clinic Location | No Travel

Employment Type : Direct Hire | Full-Time

Compensation : $85,000 – $100,000 annually + Performance Bonus Potential

Our well-regarded outpatient orthopedic practice in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our collaborative care team. This role is ideal for a clinician looking for long-term stability, a manageable patient load, and the ability to grow professionally in a supportive environment.

You will work with a steady caseload, maintain clinical autonomy, and have a clearly defined pathway toward leadership opportunities.

  • Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and create customized treatment plans
  • Deliver hands-on interventions such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercises
  • Supervise PTAs to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care
  • Maintain an average of 13 patient visits per day
  • Provide patient and family education on therapy goals and home exercise programs
  • Monitor patient progress and make necessary treatment adjustments
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
  • Collaborate with referring providers and participate in team meetings
  • Maintain compliance with Arizona PT licensure and continuing education requirements
  • Qualifications

    Required :

  • Active Arizona Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain
  • Strong clinical reasoning, organizational, and time management abilities
  • Ability to independently manage a structured caseload
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Preferred :

  • Background in manual therapy and / or dry needling
