Conduct initial 1-hour psychiatric evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits.
Manage a caseload of 8–12 adult patients per day across outpatient and IOP settings.
Review LCSW intake assessments prior to evaluations and coordinate care with primary and specialty providers.
Respond to psychiatric emergencies and assess for Physician’s Emergency Certificate (PEC) when needed.
Provide clinical supervision to APRNs, LCSWs, and medical students, including treatment plan review and Medicare certification support.
Participate in psychiatry clerkship rotations and mentor medical residents.
Maintain documentation, attend team meetings, and support administrative tasks.
Participate in call rotation for weeknights, weekends, and holidays, covering inpatient, crisis, and consults.

Connecticut state medical license, DEA registration, and board certification required.
Completion of a general psychiatry residency required.
