What You Will Do :

• Greet patients and guests presenting to hospital business office.
• Assist patients with questions related to account processing insurance coverage and resolution of patient liability.
• Sort and distribute incoming business office mail.
• Distinguish and triage types of correspondence and scan into system.
• Complete all assigned projects in a timely manner.
• Complete all Process business-related requests and correspondence from patients and insurance companies.
• Complete all assigned projects in a timely manner.
• Assist client and patients in all requested tasks.
• Communicate to Guidehouse management areas of concern or areas of improvement.
• Research and respond to all patient inquiries received by telephone and mail.
• Post payments to patient accounts.
• Update patient demographic information
• Customer Service
• Sort Mail
• Process Correspondence
• Cash Posting
• Scanning

This position offers an attractive hybrid schedule working two days in the office at Ventura CA Business office and three days from home.

The annual salary range for this position is $38000.00-$63000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill sets experience and training security clearances licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
