About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Quality Engineer (NPI) to join our team in Tallassee, Alabama . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced quality professional to play a pivotal role in new product introduction . As a Senior Quality Engineer, you’ll ensure products are designed, validated, and launched to meet stringent quality, reliability, and regulatory requirements.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in quality systems, process validation, and risk management who is eager to make an impact on product launches and manufacturing excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Planning : Oversee all quality aspects of new product introductions, aligning with design specifications, manufacturing processes, and customer requirements.
• Risk Management : Conduct risk assessments and implement effective mitigation plans to safeguard product performance throughout the development cycle.
• Process Improvement : Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality and boost operational efficiency.
• Design & Readiness Reviews : Provide approvals and oversight for Design Inputs, Verification / Validation activities, Technical Reviews, and production readiness.
• Risk Reduction Tools : Facilitate and champion DFMEA, PFMEA, and Control Plan activities to minimize potential risks.
• Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to resolve quality challenges before launch.
• Training & Mentorship : Share expertise and provide guidance to junior quality engineers, promoting best practices in quality engineering.
