Guaranteed Hours : Facility may cancel up to 1 shift per pay period

Job Description :

We're urgently hiring a skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to serve patients across West Portland and nearby towns. Enjoy a 1 : 1 care ratio in a supportive, tech-enabled environment that minimizes windshield time. OASIS experience is required – please highlight this in your submission.

Key Details :

Patient Load : Up to 6 visits / day (30 productivity points)

Experience Required : 1 year of Skilled Home Health

First-Timers Accepted : ✅

Pending License : ✅ Accepted

Locals Accepted : ✅ (within 50–75 miles)

Charting : EPIC (Remote Client) + Rover App | OASIS

Attire : Business casual or scrubs (no jeans)

Mileage : Reimbursed at IRS standard

Transportation : Must have own vehicle

Max Travel Radius : ~60 miles / day (1.5 hrs drive max)

Note : Block scheduling not available. RTO subject to hiring manager approval.

TheraEx Therapy Job ID #25-35891. Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
