Job descriptionAssist with transfers using mechanical lifts and buddy system Help residents with walking and mobility exercises Reposition residents regularly to prevent skin issues Perform range of motion exercises and apply support devices as directed Record vital signs, intake / output, and bowel movements Observe and report changes in residents’ condition or behavior Assist with documenting care and communicating with the nurse-in-charge Help residents with meals, feeding as necessary Encourage fluid intake and monitor nutrition Report concerns with intake or output to nursing staff Keep resident areas clean and organized Respond promptly to call bells and alarms Report safety hazards or equipment issues Follow protocols during emergencies and for infection control Compassionate communication and resident care skills Basic knowledge of skin care and patient safety Ability to follow instructions and document care accurately Long-term care experience preferred High School Diploma or GED Completion of a New York State–approved CNA training program (100+ hours) Active NYS Nurse Aide Certification Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association

Pay : $22 / hr to $24 / hr on W2
Job type : Contract
Duration : 13 weeks
Key Responsibilities
Personal Care & Hygiene
- Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral care
- Provide incontinent and skin care as needed
- Help residents prepare for bed and assist with daily routines
- Support resident independence and participation in personal care

Monitoring & Reporting
Feeding & Nutrition
