A company is looking for a Director, Sales Enablement to design and execute enablement programs that enhance sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Develop client-facing messaging and design sales training programs in collaboration with product, research, and sales teams
Report and analyze full-funnel metrics to provide insights for management decision-making
Onboard new users for sales systems and develop sales enablement content for new hires
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in commercial operations, consulting, or sales team management
Experience supporting Salesforce and its integrations in an administrative capacity
Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and document business requirements
Ability to build strong working relationships across various teams and stakeholders
Experience in a growth stage SaaS company is preferred
