One of the largest community health centers in the United States targeting the medically underserved population.

Job Details

Specialty : OBGYN – Board Certified
Location : San Francisco, CA
Duration of assignment : FT, 3 to 6 months, open to extension
Responsibilities : Outpatient care, inpatient deliveries, and rounding
Schedule : Outpatient : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Call : 6 : 00 PM – 8 : 00 AM
Call Duties : Inpatient rounds and deliveries at the hospital, not in-house
Support Staff : Medical Assistant and RN
Deliveries : California Pacific Medical Center
EMR : Epic
Volume : Group delivers approximately 250 babies annually with 5 OBGYN providers

Types of cases :

Low-risk pregnancies (high-risk supported by MFM)

FHR interpretation – NST / CST / FSE

OB ultrasounds

Routine deliveries

Occasional complicated deliveries and C-sections

Breech presentations

Multiple births

Abruption management

VBACs

Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations

Surgical gynecology : Not required
