About The Position We are seeking an experienced Urgent Care Physician for a locum tenens assignment in Pennsylvania starting Sep 1, 2025. This position offers a dynamic work environment where the Physician will manage a range of cases including cold / flu symptoms, minor burns, and orthopedic procedures. The assignment is scheduled for shifts from Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM, until Dec 31, 2025. Job Details Location : Pennsylvania Start Date : Sep 1, 2025 Expected End Date : Dec 31, 2025 Provider Type Needed : Urgent Care Physician Schedule : Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM Responsibilities and Duties Diagnose and treat patients with various minor acute conditions such as colds, flu, rashes, and lacerations. Perform minor urgent care procedures including splinting, wound care, and management of sprains and minor burns. Refer high-acuity cases to the appropriate emergency facilities as needed. Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care within the scope of urgent care practice. Additional Information Board Certification in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Family Practice required. Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant specialty. Must be comfortable treating patients of all ages. Required certifications : ACLS, BLS. Active Pennsylvania state medical license required. DEA certification necessary. Familiarity with the Epic EMR system.
