CHI Health Clinic is actively seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (PA or APRN) to join our established practice at East Lincoln Internal Medicine in Lincoln, Nebraska. CHI Health Clinic has primary care clinics across Nebraska and Southwest Iowa.
Job Requirements
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for providing direct clinical care in an ambulatory setting and provides health maintenance exams with appropriate patient education. They will perform procedures commensurate with education, training and experience. Our Advanced Practice Providers are a collaborative member of an interdisciplinary care team with advanced communication skills.
Practice Highlights
- Outpatient only
- Management of chronic conditions
- Full-time is 36 patient facing hours per week
- Average of 16-20 patient visits per day
- 4 or 4 1 / 2 day work week

Minimum of one year experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant requiredInternal Medicine Experience RequiredMaster's Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from accredited programCertification by a nationally recognized certification organizationNebraska License requiredNebraska DEA requiredBLSPay Range
$56.36 - $65.76 / hour
