In this role, you'll guide owners through launch readiness, licensing, our GreatCare® operational model implementation, early sales and visit habits, the fundamentals that drive early profitability. As we evolve our system, you'll also leverage new AI technologies designed to streamline workflows, enhance support, and improve the way offices operate from day one. Supports franchise owners from pre-launch to 18 months post-launch, guiding operations, sales, HR, licensing compliance, and GreatCare® execution.
