Location : Full time at our NYC HQ, but training in Somerset, NJ (Onsite)
Reports To : Payroll Manager
Position Overview
American Exchange Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing across multiple company entities. This role will ensure accurate and timely payroll execution, compliance with federal and state regulations, and seamless integration with HR and Finance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience handling complex, multi-entity payroll cycles.

What We Offer
Salary : The anticipated base salary is $65k annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
