Founding Engineer (San Francisco Bay Area and Seattle)

BA Global Talent is seeking an exceptional Founding Engineer  in the  San Francisco Bay Area, or Seattle  to help build, launch, and scale innovative products. Responsibilities :

• Architect, build, and ship a complex application from the ground up
• Select and own the tech stack, making key decisions on tools and technologies
• Develop and deploy scalable, secure, high-performance systems
• Collaborate closely with the CTO (strategic role) and other founders to influence the product roadmap and company strategy
• Hire and mentor an additional engineer over time as the team grows
• Deliver fast : Launch an MVP within 2–2.5 months for internal testing while maintaining high quality
• Navigate ambiguity : Solve problems proactively in a fast-moving, dynamic startup environment
