Metro Industrial Services is looking to immediately hire a Bilingual Onsite Representative in Lewisburg, TN. Apply now!
Duties for this position include :
- Supervise, train, and mentor temporary employees on-site to ensure they understand and adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and client-specific procedures
- Act as the main point of contact for client representatives, addressing any concerns, inquiries, or issues promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new temporary employees, ensuring compliance with client requirements
- Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, and overall performance of temporary employees, taking corrective actions as needed
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to temporary employees, recognizing and rewarding exceptional performance
- Address and resolve conflicts or grievances among temporary employees, maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment
- Coordinate with client supervisors to ensure the effective utilization of temporary staff, adjusting staffing levels as needed to meet changing demands
- Maintain accurate records, including employee files (Avionte), attendance, and performance data
- Implement and promote workplace safety protocols, ensuring all employees adhere to safety regulations and practices
- Prepare and submit regular reports on key performance indicators and operational activities to the Metro management team when required
- Do not date or fraternize with temporary employees
Compensation (USD) : $18.00 / hour
Schedule : Monday - Friday
8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
Successful candidates must meet the following requirements :
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skillsMust pass drug screen, background check, and E-VerificationProven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a staffing, manufacturing, or similar environmentsStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage a diverse workforceExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, employees, and managementProblem-solving aptitude and the ability to make decisions under pressureProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as client demands requireAvailability to work varying shifts and occasional weekends based on client needsWHY APPLY FOR A JOB AT METRO SERVICES?
