Position : Full-time Monday-Friday

About Us

At The Goddard School, we believe that meaningful learning happens through play, exploration, and nurturing relationships. Our teachers are the heart of our school, creating joyful, developmentally appropriate experiences that spark curiosity and build lifelong learners. We are looking to expand our team of educators.

Responsibilities

  • Create a safe, nurturing classroom that supports each childs physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
  • Design engaging lesson plans using The Goddard Schools play-based curriculum The Wonder of Learning
  • Foster social-emotional development through positive guidance and empathetic modeling
  • Collaborate with families to support each childs learning journey and maintain open communication
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
  • Contribute to a positive team culture by participating in professional development and school events

    • Qualifications

    Candidates must meet one or more of the following :

    Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

  • CDA or Early Childhood Teaching Credential
  • Active enrollment in a CDA program with relevant experience
  • Prior experience in childcare or early education
