Trillium Staffing is now seeking Customer Service Representatives for temp-to-hire opportunities!

Schedule is 8a-5p or 9a-6p. Pay rate is $15 / hr. This position is responsible for supporting our Customer Service Team with superior customer service, accurate data entry, and strong sales support.

Duties include :

• Communicate information to multiple departments, ensuring customer's needs are met.
• Ensure quotes & orders for standard and special material are provided to customers on a timely and accurate basis.
• Oversee the recording and resolution of customer problems, inquiries, and complaints.
• Coordinate with sales, purchasing, manufacturing and accounting to ensure customer orders are handled appropriately.
• Maintains accurate schedules to ensure on time production and delivery.
• Proficient with Windows-based spreadsheet and word processing computer application software.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Accurate data entry and math skills.
