A company is looking for a BHS Administrative Assistant I.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Sales and Service Representatives and assist agents and clients
Prepare renewal letters, contracts, and performance guarantee reports
Respond to high volumes of emails and phone calls, ensuring excellent customer service
Required Qualifications
At least 6 months of office experience, preferably in health insurance or employee benefits
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Typing ability of 35 wpm net
Working knowledge of COBRA and related accounts
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
