Job Summary

One of the Northshore`s most upscale and desired practice is seeking a qualified and caring Dental Assistant to join our team! Constantine Dental of Northbrook is located just steps from the Metra station in the heart of charming downtown Northbrook. This is a well-established private practice where generations of families have been coming for years.

Our ideal candidate would have / be :

• Prior dental experience of at least 1 YEAR (required)
• Team player, fun, positive, energetic personality, goal-oriented;
• Strong emphasis on providing 5 star exceptional customer service to our wonderful lifelong patients;
• Empathetic, compassionate and patient.

Responsibilities :

• Welcome patients into the treatment area and make them feel comfortable;
• Taking x-rays and impressions;
• Setting up and breaking down treatment rooms;
• Prep sterilized instruments for the dentist and hygienists for exams and procedures;
• Assist the dentist during procedures and exams;
• Record and update electronic patient charts;
• Experience with Dentrix Ascend preferred (but not required).

Position is full time :

Monday, Tuesdays and Thursday : 8 : 30am - 6 pm

1st Wednesday of the month : 8am - 2pm

Friday : 8 : 00am - 3 pm

3rd Saturday of the month : 8am - 2pm
